Working Links

Working Links is a public, private, voluntary partnership set up in April 2000. Since then we have made a lasting impact on thousands of people nationwide – changing lives and creating futures. We work throughout Great Britain and have helped more than 110,000 people into sustainable work, and helped thousands more to get on the right track. Our holistic support package means we help clients to deal with health problems, juggle family commitments, improve their skills, gain valuable work experience and much more.

We are very proud of our achievements. And over 70% of our clients are still working a year later. We have helped 30,000 offenders and ex-offenders into work and we also provide skills training for over 5,000 people per year. Our unique personal approach means that we have not only helped those individuals find and keep work, but their families and the wider community have benefited too.
