Hull City

Hull City FITC, managed by ex-Hull City goalkeeper John Davies, has constantly developed to become a well established, progressive
and self supporting scheme that reaches out to communities within the Hull and East Riding area. We are pleased to be involved with
Hull FC and Hull City Council in the new exciting Premier League Enterprise Academy. Aided by Community Officer Marc Ledingham and a
team of professional coaches, Hull City FITC endeavours to constantly expand and improve the range of services that it offers and thus
encourage a greater number of young people to access football activities. Our main developments include:
* A greater number of participating schools
* An increased number of activities to encourage more children to get involved in football
Our aims and objectives
* To enthuse, stimulate and challenge children through football
* To raise awareness of all our activities and encourage participation within the community
* To encourage children to support Hull City Football Club
* To maintain and develop positive relationships within the community
* To highlight the benefits of a healthy lifestyle
* To provide positive role models for children
Funding
Hull City FITC is a part of every day life at the football club, yet it remains separate financially. As a registered charity (1092287) we rely
upon course fees, a joint school and community fundraiser, sponsorship and funded initiatives. Local companies wanting to support the community
scheme and children in the area either financially or in kind are most welcome.
