14-19 Partnership

The Hull 14-19 Partnership takes the lead in working with providers to deliver the local vision for 14-19. This includes delivery of the 2013 entitlement for all young people to a high quality learning route that enables them to participate, achieve and progress, and support to integrate all services so that they can make the most of their opportunities and choices.

The Partnership includes all key stakeholders:  the Local Authority, LSC, Connexions, FE colleges, schools, academies, HE, employers and work-based learning providers.

The Hull 14-19 Partnership provides clear leadership and has successfully communicated a strong-shared vision through the Education Plan.  The plan plots a clear pathway to delivery of the 2013 entitlement and informs commissioning and use of resources. 14-19 Partnerships are a sub-group of the Children’s Trust and determine the strategy for 14-19 for the Local Authority area, although responsibility for commissioning excellent provision lies with the LA.
